No. Each timeline is planned collaboratively with each partner, from introductions and Q&As, to identifying design projects and milestones in the short and long term.
Our onboarding process is designed collaboratively with you to ensure we cover everything you need. Typically, we will organise an in-depth Q&A session to introduce everyone, explain ways of working, and identify short and long-term projects and milestones.
We treat your intellectual property with utmost care, which is why we are trusted by some of the most prominent companies in the health and life sciences industry. Your IP and all sensitive information and knowledge are secure, confidential, and protected at all times in our hands.
Of course! But we have access to many talented people. We’ll help you find the right expert using The Health House, a network of independent health & life sciences agencies co-founded by our MD.
Growth and Amplify have a range of additional services to help shape and guide your brand as you grow. This includes expert strategy advice and our 'Brand Clinic'. The Amplify version is tailored to larger companies and is therefore more advanced and comprehensive.
If your plan doesn't include or have enough copywriting support, please let us know, and we can add it in.
While we aim to be immediately available to take your brief, delivery time is dependent on the complexity of the request. Your creative services manager is on hand to keep your project on track and will provide clear timelines throughout the project.
Always On means you can send unlimited briefs, and our studio will work on one project at a time.
At our regular meetings, we will decide what the priority is for the coming week.
There is no limit to the number of amends rounds or revisions- we keep going until you are happy to sign off the project.
We will take the time to learn your strategy, identity and brand. Our designs will be based on that knowledge. However, if you find any of our work unsatisfactory, you’ll always have the opportunity to comment so we can amend designs accordingly. We welcome feedback, and apply what we learn from it to future projects.
You will own the full rights to all work created, without any territorial or time limitations.
Yes. You’ll always have a dedicated creative services manager to help you, solve your challenges and plan your work. They understand your brand and will act as an extension of your team. The designers will also have a thorough understanding of your brand and brand guidelines.
Our onboarding process ensures we understand every single detail about your values and brand guidelines, while our Brand Clinic will provide a full audit to identify any inconsistencies. Because you have your own brand guardian, they will oversee quality control and ensure the work is brand compliant before leaving the studio.
If you opt for our Amplify price plan, assets that require special attention will also be reviewed by a relevant scientific expert.

We ask you to sign up for a minimum term depending on your subscription, and we invoice in advance per month.
We do not have an onboarding fee. When you commit to us, we show our commitment to you by learning everything about your brand and your science.
After the minimum term is up, you can choose to cancel. Simply email office@trafik.studio at least 30 days in advance, or talk to your creative services manager.
In Spark and Growth, we work with you on a ‘one plan for one brand’ basis, but if you need more support please let us know. In the Amplify plan, multiple brands are included.
