‘Innovation in Pharma’ is a collection of 12 original illustrations created from a deep belief that pharma innovation deserves to be shown in a more human, meaningful way. Too often, progress in health & life sciences is reduced to abstract technology or too generic visuals, even though the work itself is deeply personal and impactful. This collection uses metaphor and storytelling to connect lab science, data, manufacturing, regulatory change, and patient care—bringing both the process behind innovation and the people it ultimately serves into focus.
For us at TRAFIK, these illustration packs reflect how we see the healthcare industry and what we feel is often missing from its visual language. We wanted to create something that helps teams communicate complex ideas with more warmth, clarity, and character, while giving their work a way to stand out from the expected.
By releasing the collection under a copyright-free license, we’re hoping to contribute, in a small but meaningful way, to a more thoughtful and authentic visual culture across healthcare and life sciences—one that better reflects the human side of the work being done every day.
About the artist
London-based designer and illustrator Jana Zafirovska has been part of our team for the past few months. With experience in branding, illustration, and crafting meaningful visual identities, Jana brings creativity, authenticity, and thoughtfulness to every project she works on.
