At the heart of our company lies the belief that the best relationships and collaborations are often introduced by those already within our circle. With this in mind, we decided to launch a referral programme.
How does it work?
The programme is as simple as it can be. If you have someone in mind who could benefit from our services, direct them to us. Upon establishing a successful collaboration, you will receive a 4% commission from our first year's annual billings to the introduced client, paid out either quarterly or yearly.

Commissions are paid to you quarterly or once every year, right at the close of our business year at the end of March.
Absolutely! There's no limit to the number of clients you can refer. We encourage you to connect us with as many potential clients as you see fit. Each successful partnership adds to your commission earnings.
No, there is no minimum project value required. Regardless of how small the project is, the fixed commission amount is secured either way.
We believe in transparency. Once you've made a referral, we'll keep you updated on its progress. Additionally, you can always contact our team for any specific queries regarding your referral's status.
We're all set to send your commission through bank transfer in GBP! Just ensure your payment info is correct to receive it without any delays.
If your referral has previously been in touch or has worked with us in the last 12 months, they might not qualify as a new lead. However, each case is unique, so please reach out, and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
If the project gets canceled before it even starts, the referral commission will not be applicable. For delays or changes in project scope, the commission will be based on the finalised project value post any alterations. It is important to note that commissions are only applicable for projects where our project fee and invoices have been settled.

Referral scheme terms
The scheme is open to individuals and businesses.
Commission is payable at TRAFIK’s discretion, but we'll put all the details about successful referrals and your commission value down in writing.
It is important to note that recommendations involving companies with which we have existing relationships may not be eligible for the commission.
The commission held at a 4% rate, is determined based on the annual total of billables, excluding VAT and extra expenses.
Every now and then, a referral might not be in line with TRAFIK's direction, so we keep the right to decline the collaboration.
Kindly note that the scheme is subject to modification or discontinuation at TRAFIK's discretion.
