Yes, but we have a wide network of people who can. We’ll help you find the right expert using The Health House, a network of independent health & life sciences agencies funded by our MD.
We’re always available to take your brief immediately but delivery time is dependent on the complexity of your request.
We will of course keep you up to date with our excellent project planning and communications.
You will always have instant communication with your dedicated CSM during office hours.
Each month you are paying for Always On, you can add unlimited briefs for your brand to the queue of work. We will work through them in order and in a timely manner.
We will work together on a brief until you are happy to sign off.
We will take the time to learn your strategy, identity and brand. Our designs will be based on that knowledge. BUT if you don’t like any of our work, you’ll be able to pipe up at any stage and we will change the designs until you are. We want you to feel that you can make comments and changes freely in a collaborative relationship. We welcome feedback, learn from it and use it on the next jobs.
You will own the full rights to all work created.
Yes. You’ll always have a dedicated creative services manager to help you, solve your challenges and plan your work. They understand your brand and will act as an extension of your team. The designers will also have a thorough understanding of your brand and brand guidelines.
Our onboarding process ensures we understand every single detail about your values and brand guidelines. Our Brand Clinic will also provide a full audit to identify any inconsistencies.
Then you’ll have your own Brand Guardian who will be in charge of quality control and ensure the work is brand compliant before leaving the studio.
Whatever suits - phone, video meeting, chat, email, pigeon…whatever
Call us or drop us a message or email and we’ll arrange a call where you can ask any questions you have.
We ask you to sign up for a minimum 3 months, and we invoice in advance per month.
We do not have an onboarding fee. You commit to us and we will commit to you by learning everything about your brand and your science.
Why would you do that?! After the first 3 months you are free to cancel, just email office@trafik.studio 15 days in advance or talk to your creative services manager.
Always On is designed as "one plan for one brand", so all design requests are unlimited per brand. But please contact us for a plan if you want to include multiple brands. We can work something out to suit your needs.
